Terms of use

Last updated 13 October 2026

These terms cover your use of zerasage.com, operated by ZeraSage Limited (“ZeraSage”). Paid work is governed by a separate written contract.

Prices and offers

Prices, timelines and package details on this site are typical ranges to help you plan. They are not a binding offer. The scope, price and timeline of any project are fixed only in a written proposal and contract that both sides sign.

Free resources

The 5-Step Digital Transformation Checklist is provided free for your own business use. It is sent to the email address you give us, so please use an address you control. You may not resell it or present it as your own.

Enquiries and bookings

Sending a form or booking a consultation does not create a contract for services. We aim to reply within one working day but do not guarantee it. A consultation is free and carries no obligation to buy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to send spam, submit false or other people’s details, attempt to break into or overload our systems, or collect data from the site by automated means beyond what a normal search engine does.

Our content

The ZeraSage name, logo, text, design and the checklist are ours or used with permission. You may share a link to the site and quote short extracts with credit. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep the information on this site accurate, but we do not promise it is complete or error-free. Business results depend on many factors outside our control, and nothing on this site guarantees a particular outcome except where a signed contract says so.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
